Đặt chảo chống dính lên bếp, đun 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn rồi đổ chỗ trứng vào chảo. Để lửa ở nhiệt độ trung bình cho tới khi thấy mặt dưới trứng se vàng lại. Tiếp tục cho chỗ hỗn hợp phô mai cà chua vào phía trên miếng trứng.
Cho 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo, đợi dầu nóng và cho nấm vào. Nêm 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm vào xào chín nấm. Cho nấm vào chiên cùng với trứng, cho một chút tương ớt và ngò rí, thưởng thức khi món ăn còn nóng.
